Biography: Xiaoyuan Wang, professor and doctoral supervisor, high-level talent in Shandong Province and Qingdao City, leading talent in entrepreneurship and innovation in Qingdao City, and subject evaluation expert of Shandong Provincial People’s Government. He has presided over more than 56 projects of various levels and types, including the National Natural Science Foundation, and participated in 14 projects. He has published more than 250 high-level papers, 13 academic monographs, 163 authorized invention patents and 56 software copyrights. He is the first to win 14 scientific and technological awards, including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. He has served as a senior member of the China Society of Automotive Engineers, a member of the Standing Committee of the Youth Science and Technology Committee of the China Transportation Association, a specially-appointed expert of the Intelligent Transportation Committee of the China Electronics Society, a visiting researcher at Tsinghua University, a visiting scholar at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the United States, an expert in reviewing key research and development plans of the state, provinces and cities, and an editorial board member, editor, reviewer and academic committee member of many journals and international conferences. He has served as a liaison officer for non-party intellectuals in Shandong Province, a member of the 9th, 10th and 11th CPPCC of Zibo City, an advisory member of major administrative decision-making, a specially-appointed expert in urban and rural planning and transportation, and vice president and secretary-general of the Shandong University of Technology Association.

Biography:Vice president of Weihai Innovation Research Institute of Qingdao University, master’s supervisor (master’s degree and professional master’s degree), postdoctoral supervisor, doctor graduated from Dalian University of Technology, standing member of the Electronic Components and Materials Special Committee of Shandong Institute of Electronics, member of the Components Special Committee of China Power Supply Association, and innovation and entrepreneurship education supervisor of Shandong Province’s colleges and universities. Received the 13th Qingdao Youth Science and Technology Award, Shandong Electronics Society Science and Technology Youth Award, Shandong Electric Power Innovation Award First Prize (1st), 2021 Productivity Promotion Award (Innovative Development) Third Prize (1st), Shandong Province Teaching Achievement Second Prize, Liaoning Province Natural Science Excellence Academic Paper First Prize (1st), Editorial Board of Artistic Intelligence and Applications and Chains. Led 8 scientific research projects (including 1 863 sub project and 3 projects in Shandong Province), more than 10 horizontal projects, and participated in 5 standards. Published over 30 SCI search papers, with 3 papers having an impact factor of 20 or more and 9 papers having an impact factor of 10 or more.

Biography: Associate professor and postgraduate tutor at the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University. Research interests: Application of artificial intelligence in power systems, power system reliability, and smart grids. Published more than 60 SCI and EI papers in core journals and international conferences, participated in more than 30 high-level international academic conferences and delivered keynote speeches. Member of IEEE and CIGRE, hosted 6 international exchange projects, participated in 20 horizontal projects, and 1 863 project. Hosted 5 school-level quality courses.

Biography: He is currently a master’s supervisor at the School of Information and Control Engineering, Qingdao University of Technology. He is a core member of the Shandong Taishan Scholars Research Team “Structural Acoustics, Numerical Simulation and Mechanical System Fault Diagnosis”, a review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation, the leader of the Intelligent Optimization Control Team of Information-Physical Systems, and a long-term reviewer of “Control Theory and Applications”. He graduated from the School of Automation, Beijing Institute of Technology in January 2015, and is mainly engaged in the research and application of adaptive learning control algorithms. He presided over and completed two National Natural Science Foundation projects (No. 61640302, 61703224). He participated in two National Natural Science Foundation projects as a main member, and participated in many Shandong Natural Science Foundation projects. He has participated in the research work of the National Natural Science Foundation key project “Multi-drive Control of Large Inertia Nonlinear Systems (No. 61273150). He has published more than 30 SCI and EI indexed journal papers as the first author.
