Keynote Speaker 1

 

Prof. Xiaoyuan Wang

Qingdao University of Science and Technology, China

Brief Introduction: A leading talent in entrepreneurship and innovation in Qingdao, and an expert reviewer for the Shandong Provincial People's Government. He has presided over more than 56 research projects at various levels and types, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in 14 others. He has published over 250 high-level papers, 13 academic monographs, and has been granted 163 invention patents and 56 software copyrights. He was the first to receive 14 science and technology awards, including the first prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. He has served as a senior member of the China Society of Automotive Engineers, a standing committee member of the Qingdao Science and Technology Committee of the China Transportation Association, a specially appointed expert of the Intelligent Transportation Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, a visiting researcher at Tsinghua University, a visiting scholar at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an expert reviewer for national and provincial key R&D programs, and an editorial board member, editor, reviewer, and academic committee member for multiple journals and international conferences. He has also served as a liaison officer for non-Party intellectuals in Shandong Province, a member of the 9th, 10th, and 11th Zibo Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference, a consultant for major administrative decisions, a specially appointed expert in urban and rural planning and transportation systems, and the vice president and secretary-general of the Shandong University of Technology Intellectuals Association.

 

Keynote Speaker 2

 

Prof. Kai Wang

Qingdao University, China

Brief Introduction: A master's supervisor at Qingdao University, holding a PhD, professorship, and doctoral supervisor status, ranking among the top 2% of scientists globally and included in lifetime appointment lists, and recognized as a provincial-level high-level leading talent. He is also the vice dean of the Qingdao University Weihai Innovation Research Institute. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Qingdao University and received his master's and doctoral degrees from Dalian University of Technology (admitted through direct admission). He serves as a director of the Shandong Energy Storage Society. He received the second prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (first author), and is a judge for the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. During his master's studies, he was able to voluntarily intern at State Grid Qingdao and other units. He has mentored 13 students who won national scholarships, 9 master's students who were admitted to doctoral programs without examination, and 34 students who were admitted to State Grid. He has mentored students who have published over 20 papers as first author in the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Q1 quartiles, and has been awarded the title of Excellent Graduate Supervisor of Shandong Province. He has also mentored students who have won provincial-level excellent master's thesis awards and 2 provincial-level excellent scientific and technological innovation achievements. He has mentored undergraduate students who have published over 10 papers as first author, including one in Q1 and one in Q2 quartiles of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and has mentored 4 undergraduate students who were admitted to Shandong University's master's program without examination.

Assoc. Prof. Guofa Sun

Qingdao University of Technology, China

Brief Introduction: Currently a Master's Supervisor at the School of Information and Control Engineering, Qingdao University of Technology. A core member of the Shandong Provincial Taishan Scholar Research Team "Structural Acoustics, Numerical Simulation and Fault Diagnosis of Mechanical Systems," an expert reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the leader of the Intelligent Optimization Control Team for Cyber-Physical Systems, and a long-term reviewer for *Control Theory & Applications*. Graduated from the School of Automation, Beijing Institute of Technology in January 2015, primarily engaged in research and application of adaptive learning control algorithms. Has presided over and completed two NSFC projects (No. 61640302, 61703224). Participated as a key member in two NSFC projects and several Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation projects. Previously participated in the research of the NSFC Key Project "Multi-drive Control of Large Inertia Nonlinear Systems" (No. 61273150). Published over 30 SCI/EI indexed journal papers as the first author.

Assoc. Prof. GHAMGEEN IZAT RASHED

Wuhan University, China

Brief Introduction: Associate Professor and Graduate Supervisor, School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Wuhan University. Research interests: Application of artificial intelligence in power systems, power system reliability, and smart grids. Published over 60 SCI and EI papers in core journals and international conferences, and participated in over 30 high-level international academic conferences, delivering keynote speeches. Member of IEEE and CIGRE, has led 6 international exchange projects, participated in 20 industry-funded projects, and 1 National High-Tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) project. Leads 5 university-level excellent courses.
